The Team
We’re a small, family-owned construction company with proud Māori and Pacific Island roots.
Originally from Taranaki, Jared Broughton is the owner and director of our small, family-run construction company.
Now based on the Kāpiti Coast with his wife and young son, Jared brings over 15 years of experience in the building industry, along with a strong work ethic and a background in footy. He’s passionate about delivering high-quality homes and providing honest, reliable service with a personal touch.
Customer Feedback
We contracted Jared to carry out a studio renovation for us. The job included a complete strip out of the existing kitchenette and bathroom, a complete rewire and replumb and installation of new kitchenette and bathroom. In addition, a new pergola was added to the front of the structure. Jared dealt with all the other tradespeople on our behalf.
There were a few challenges with the build, and we found Jared’s flexibility and imagination to be extremely useful when deciding on a workable solution. The finished studio was fantastic, and we are very pleased with Jared’s workmanship.

Jared made alterations to our office space and built a walk-in wardrobe off our bedroom in September 2024. He did a great job and communicated well throughout the project. Jared gave us a range of options for fitting out the wardrobe so that we had choice about how much to spend on finishing the project. He's very down to earth and lovely to work with!
